Renovation of a museum in Burlington, Vermont. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.
Site Visit: By Appointment Questions Due: March 10, 2022 12:00 PM Answers Posted: March 11, 2022 12:00 PM Our building is in need of slate roofing repair. Please see exhibit (A) showing current roof condition. The size, type, shape, thickness and color will be equal to and match existing. Pricing shall include lift, ground protection, safety barriers, labor and materials. Price shall also include removal of all surplus materials, slate scraps and debris. Needed ceiling repair to be done after slate roof repairs are completed. Ceiling will be restored to good condition to include all finish work and painting. Building may be occupied during construction. Scheduling may be coordinated with City to ensure best working accommodations. Daily clean up by contractor required.
