Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Burlington, Vermont. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
BPRW constructed four UVM Medical Center Fitness Stations as a part of Burlington Greenway Phase 1b in the Urban Reserve in 2019 and at Starr Farm Park in 2021. While we want the stations to be unified in terms of overall appearance and color scheme, we are open to proposals for innovative and high-quality equipment that meet our performance and finish specifications (see below). For Oakledge Park, we are seeking ONLY high quality universally accessible equipment. Please carefully read the following information that details the City's expectations in relation to the project scope of work. The selected contractor will provide the City with professional services to realize the successful implementation of all aspects of this scope. The contractor will be responsible for coordinating work with all sub-contractors. The list and order of activities outlined below may be amended and finalized with the contractor. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following elements: Review and finalize plans with BPRW Staff o Using preliminary plan provided with proposal as starting point, obtain input from stakeholders to refine plan to suit stakeholders and fit budget.
