Renovation of a mixed-use development in Buckeye, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
**As iof 2/16/2022 Only 1 bid received it was over way the budget / plan to rebid soon. This job requires a nonrefudable fee made payable to Avalon. An electronic download is available made payable to Avalon. The scope of this project consists of providing all labor and material, along with providing all equipment necessary to complete and make fully operational the systems defined in this specification. The Project consists of a Subcontract for HVAC improvements at the Pocahontas County Schools. The Subcontract Agreement with the Contractor defines which buildings as listed below are included in the subcontract for this project. 1. Project Locations: a. Pocahontas County, WV (1) Marlinton Middle School (2) Green Bank Elementary/Middle School All questions regarding the bid project must be asked by 4:00 pm on January 20, 2022.
