Invitation for Bid for the Ware High School Boiler Replacement. The Ware Public Schools invites qualified General Contractors to submit bids for the installation of one (1) oil filed boiler as described in bid specifications for the Ware High School. General bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in the following category of work HVAC and or Mechanical and must submit a current DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility and signed DCAMM Prime Update Statement (Form CQ 3). Filed sub-bidders must be DCAMM certified for the trades listed below and bidders must include a current DCAMM Sub-Bidder Certificate of Eligibility and a signed DCAMM Sub-Bidder's Update Statement. SUBTRADES 26 00 00 Electrical All Bids should be submitted electronically,and received no later than the date and time specified above. General bids and sub-bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (considering all alternates) and made payable to the The Ware Public Schools. This project includes the replacement of an existing oil fired hot water boiler with associated pumps, expansion tank, air separator and associated piping electrical power distribution with an alternate to replace 2nd boiler.
