The work to be performed under this contract will include the installation of concrete sidewalk, curb and gutter, mountable curb, earthwork, grading, and asphalt pavement. The contract shall be awarded based on the unit prices for the work shown in Bid Schedule "A,B,C,D", and the contract documents. Appendix "A" (Initial list) represents known quantities at the time of the bid. The contractor will maintain unit prices through December 31, 2022. Bid Schedule "A" work shall commence no later than three (3) calendar days from, and including, the date of the Notice to Proceed, and shall be construction complete (including punchlist items, cleanup, and demobilize) within forty (40) working days.
