Reference Number 0000328850 The Town of Castle Rock is seeking proposals from qualified trail construction contractors, who specialize in soft-surface trail construction, to build or maintain native surface, non-motorized, no equestrian-use trails, using sustainable trail development principles. Machinery to be used shall not exceed 39" in width to avoid unnecessary impact outside the trail corridor. The Town would also like to have bidders provide examples of, and experience in, constructing sustainable trails completed within the last three years. Also provide with your proposals a rate sheet of your company's expenses and costs, company history, and an inventory of your company's equipment. All work must be completed by a professional trail contractor. All equipment operators must be properly certified, and insured. All work must follow Town of Castle Rock Standards and Details.
