Reference Number 0000327505 The Town of Castle Rock, Colorado, is requesting pre-qualifications to engage qualified contractors for the renovation, rehabilitation and preconstruction services of the historic Cantril School building located at 312 Cantril, Castle Rock, CO 80104. The selected vendor will be responsible for estimating construction costs for budgeting purposes, consultation during design development, coordination with the design team, bidding and performing exploratory work as needed. As an overview, initial improvements include renovation of existing spaces to add ADA bathroom facilities, an ADA compliant lift and conversion of existing space to a front counter service area and a kitchen area renovation.
