Springfield High School of Science & Technology Window and Door Replacement and Associated Work The City of Springfield is seeking bids for the removal and replacement of exterior windows and select doors as well as the associated masonry and flashing work at the Springfield High School of Science & Technology located at 1250 State St., Springfield, MA to include abatement of sealants associated with window replacement. Sub-bidders must be certified by the State Division of Capital Asset Management in the following categories: Masonry and Metal Windows. A Prime/General Contractor and Filed Sub-Bid contracts are requested through the Office of Procurement. Bidding procedures are per Massachusetts General Laws (M.G.L.) Chapter 149 as amended and other applicable statutes. Chapter 149 requires that the Prime/General Contractor be certified by the State Division of Capital Asset Management in the category "General Contractor."
