Site work and paving for a road / highway in Downey, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The work to be performed under this Contract generally consists of pavement rehabilitation on Stoakes Avenue from Brookpark Road to Telegraph Road, Meldar Avenue from Manzanar Avenue to southerly end, Manzanar Avenue from Telegraph Road to southerly end and Vista del Rosa Street between Stoakes Avenue and Lakewood Boulevard, all located on the mid-northerly section of the City of Downey. This project includes removal and reconstruction of failed pavement areas, cold milling of asphalt pavement, construction of asphalt concrete base course and asphalt rubber hot mix (ARHM) overlay.
