Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a 113,000-square-foot educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

The scope of this project includes phase one of a new, two-phase four-story residence hall on the UWGB campus. This approximately 113,000 sq. ft. phase will include 60, one - and two-bedroom suites with a total of 232 beds. Suites will include full kitchens and apartment-living amenities. The building structure will be cast-in-place concrete. Exterior walls will be primarily CMU/brick cavity wall and glazed aluminum curtain wall construction. Infrastructure and planning will be setup for a two-bed phase two addition. The new structure will be located on an existing housing parking lot. All trades including site/civil, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, temperature control, electrical, and telecommunications will be required. *Public information validates this project has been completed.
