Renovation of a mixed-use development in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

The project will replace two of the facility fire tube boilers with (3) water tube boilers in a phased approach beginning in March of 2024 and completing before the end of the year. The boiler room deaerator, surge tank, and water softeners will be replaced. The boiler room floor, storm and sanitary piping beneath the floor, and the pumping pits will be replaced in phases coordinating with the boiler room equipment replacements. The boiler room stairs and exiting will be renovated along with the replacement of the North Stair enclosure and boiler room roof. A new R.O. boiler make-up water system will be provided; variable frequency drives and controls will be installed or replaced on the facility hot water pumps, chilled water pumps, and cooling towers; and pneumatic heating control valves and tubing will be repaired, installed, and replaced. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in bidding. No bid shall be withdrawn after the opening of bids without the consent of the Owner for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled time of closing bids. An alternate bid will be taken to provide a Performance Bond and Payment Bond each in the full amount of the contract. Acceptance of this alternate will be at the discretion of the Owner. No proposal will be accepted unless accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the maximum bid, payable to HSHS St. Mary's Hospital Medical Center, an affiliate of Hospital Sisters Health System, Green Bay, Wisconsin, as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proposed contract and bond, if required, within 10 days after the award of contract.
