Renovation of an educational facility in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
In general, work to consist of Replacing existing Lighting and Ceiling panels with new materials all as shown on the drawings. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, or to waive any informalities in the bidding. No Bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) consecutive calendar days subsequent to the opening of Bids without the consent of the Owner. The Board of Education of the Green Bay Area Public School District, Green Bay, Wisconsin, will receive sealed bids for the Lighting and Ceiling Replacement at Edison Middle School in Green Bay, Wisconsin The successful General Contractor Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100% of the Contract All work to be completed by August 15, 2024
