All bids are for the approximate period of one year which ends January 31, 2023 The contract awarded under this bid solicitation shall not apply to purchases of the subject materials, equipment, or supplies by the Parish after the inception date of the contract, when such purchases are made in connection with a project or projects arising from a State or Federally declared disaster for which the incident period and grant application deadline are prior to the termination date of a previously awarded contract for such materials, equipment, or supplies. Tensas Parish Police Jury reserves the right to waive all informalities and to reject any or all bids or any part thereof.
