The Work is Generally Described as Follows: the Purchase and Installation of Approximately 1,420 Automated Water Meters Throughout the Tensas Water Distribution Association and the Town of Newellton. Each Bidder Must Deposit With the Bid, Security in the Amount of at Least Five Percent (5%) of the Total Bid Price, As Described in the Instructions to Bidders.
