The Contractor is responsible for keeping the construction site clean during and after construction. 2. A PEC will be issued to the contractor following contract award. 3. Contractor will be responsible for the reconstruction of double retaining walls along the ADA walkway. See map, Attachment A.1 for construction area. a. Main wall is approximately one hundred eighty feet (180') long by four foot (4') tall. b. Upper wall is approximately one hundred fifteen feet (115') long by two foot (2') tall. 4. Reconstruction of small flower bed retaining wall along an ADA walkway, approximately five foot (5') long by zero foot (0') to three foot (3') tall. 5. There are two bid options for this project. a. Complete rebuild utilizing all new material or, b. Rebuild utilizing existing blocks in good condition with new blocks to match existing if needed. Note: Bidders choosing this option must guarantee a cohesive matching appearance. 6. Installation of perforated-pipe at base for drainage. 7. Back-filling with gravel and topsoil to direct water to existing drainage. 8. Contractor is responsible for removal of all excavated and unused material. 9.
