Remodeling of a municipal facility in Regina, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility.
REAL is currently seeking Submissions from General Contractors ('Proponent') for the Canada Centre - Washroom Remodel, located in the International Trade Centre - Regina Exhibition Association Ltd. The General Contractor will be required to complete the renovation of the Canada Centre - Washroom Remodel to the design as detailed by the Consulting Team led by TBD Architecture + Urban Planning. Scope includes selective demolition and removal of existing fixtures in the existing facilities, as laid out in the drawings. Construction of new walls, ceilings with related mechanical and electrical services. Installation of new plumbing fixtures, light fixtures, ventilation, washroom equipment, and other fixtures as described in the drawings. The Canada Centre - Washroom Remodel is targeted to be completed and ready for occupancy by March 4th, 2022. Documents are available at www.sasktenders.ca
