This RFP is for the purchase of the PSA compressor and the maintenance contract only. Installation of the PSA Compressor is not included. The highest rated proponent will be requested to enter an Agreement with The City for the provision of the Deliverables. The term of the Agreement may include a Proof of Concept, with an option in favour of The City to renew the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for an initial term of up to two (2) years. After the initial term, The City will have an option to renew the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for two (2) times for three (3) years additional [**insert number**] year terms for a potential total term of eight (8) years.
