Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Waverly, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Est. Completion Date: May 2, 2022 Pre-Bid Meeting Info: None The project includes the reconstruction of Cedar Lane from Horton Road to Brown Lane. The reconstruction also includes 5th Street from Cedar Lane to Garner Drive and Evans Street from Cedar Lane to Emery Drive. The project includes 10,343 SY of 7" thick PCC, as well as other miscellaneous work associated with the roadway reconstruction. Some of the miscellaneous work includes 510 LF of storm sewer, 52 LF of water main, 350 SY of sidewalk and construction survey. The project is to be fully completed within fifty (50) working days. Construction shall commence no earlier than May 2nd, 2022, and no later than May 30th, 2022. Work on the project shall follow the respective stages on the J Sheets in the plans.
