The Department of Environmental Protection, Bureau of Design and Construction is soliciting formal, competitive, sealed bids from Contractors licensed to work in the jurisdiction for the project listed below. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and permitting to perform all work as per the contract documents. If the Work does not reach Final Completion within the time set in the Agreement, the Contractor shall pay to the Department as liquidated damages for such delay, and not as a penalty, one-half of the rate indicated for Substantial Completion.
