Project no- SMC-22-DPWT-117886 The St. Marys County Government is seeking bidders to provide sealed bids with competitive pricing for Asphalt Overlay to various project locations in St. Marys County during Calendar Year 2022, in accordance with this Solicitation. Questions and Requests for additional information will be received via email through Monday January 10, 2022. This solicitation is to establish a Contract for asphalt overlay of various locations in St. Mary's County, Maryland (County). This is a unit pricing Contract for BITUMINOUS CONCRETE OVERLAY for St. Mary's County Government. The estimated budget for overlay services in Calendar Year 2022 for the County is approximately $2,500,000.00. The County intends to begin the Contract period of performance in Spring 2022 and all work will be ordered by Dec. 31, 2022. Contract services shall be performed in accordance with the specifications, general clauses, terms and conditions outlined herein, and per Maryland State Highway Administration's material specifications incorporated by reference.
