The Board of Education of St. Mary's County (the Board) on behalf of St. Mary's County Public Schools (SMCPS) has issued this Invitation to Bid (ITB) to qualify and select a Contractor to supply and deliver Network Switches to St. Mary's County Public Schools on an as-needed basis. Inquiries/Communication Prospective bidders may request that SMCPS clarify information contained in this bid. All such requests must be made in writing to Brynn Cosner, Procurement Coordinator. SMCPS will not respond to any requests for clarification received after January 18, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. local time. Questions may be sent via email to btcosner@smcps.org. An addendum will be issued if necessary, to answer all questions. The addendum will be posted online under the applicable bid number and will be available at the SMCPS Purchasing Office.
