Carter Building, 23110 Leonard Hall Dr. Leonardtown, MD 20650, which is managed under the authority of the Department of General Services, Facilities Operations, an agency of the State of Maryland This contract period for this detailed specification is for the three (3) year term beginning November 1, 2023 through April 30, 2026 for three (3) year contract term.
