The City of Rio Rancho is soliciting formal bid for the Loma Colorado ADA Ramp Remediation Project. The ramp improvements consist of removal of existing ADA deficient curb ramps and constructing parallel directional curb ramps and diagonal parallel curb ramps on Loma Colorado Blvd. Construction includes the replacement of curb and portions of the valley gutter as required and ramp reconstruction to meet current ADA requirements as shown on the plans and within the NMDOT ADA Pedestrian Access Standard Details. Plans, Specifications and other Contract Documents, including instructions to Bidders and Bid Forms. Files are available electronically Bidders are asked to be patient while downloading these files . Bidders are responsible for the cost associated with printing hardcopy Construction Plans and Contract Documents from these files This IFB is issued on behalf of the City of Rio Rancho by the Purchasing Division, which is the Sole Point of Contact During the Procurement Process.
