Oakwood ES: a. This project consists of an addition to house the main office and provide a secure entry vestibule. North HS: a. This project consists of an addition to house the main office, a secure entry vestibule, and staff support spaces that connect the spaces together. Associated to the addition, there will be renovation within the existing building to support new offices, new open learning environments, and new restrooms in the current main office location. New aluminum storefront entrances, hollow metal frames, and plastic laminate doors will be in scope. Finish upgrades include ceramic tiling, resilient tile types, tile carpeting and walk off tiles, plastic laminate clad cabinetry with solid surface transaction tops, acoustical panel ceiling, and painting. 4. West HS: a. This project is only a renovation that puts the emphasis of having the main office located at the exterior of the building which provides a new secure entrance sequence. The renovation ultimately takes five classrooms and relocates them to the current main office location so that the office can reside in the current classroom location.
