The work of constructing Town of Cleveland Water System Improvements - Electrical Replacement for Filter Building DWSRF, Project No. FS010269-01 will be let under one contract. The principal items of work are detailed herein below. Principal Work: 1. Replace and relocate motor control center. 2. Replace pump motors. 3. Install mini-split in A/C system The contractor is hereby advised that TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE on this project and that the contract time of 180 consecutive calendar days and noted restrictions shall be strictly observed. LIQUIDATED DAMAGES WILL BE ASSESSED IF THE CONTRACT TIME IS EXCEEDED. The contractor may apply for an extension of time in accordance with the provisions of the contract; however, such an extension must be approved prior to the contract completion date to avoid the imposition of liquidated damages.
