The Technical College System of Georgia is accepting sealed bids on behalf of Georgia Piedmont Technical College (GPTC) for an Exterior Building Renovation project at their Clarkston Campus in strict conformity with the project plans, bidding documents and contract documents associated with this project. The Clarkston Campus is located at 495 N. Indian Creek Drive, Clarkston, GA 30021. All questions regarding the bidding documents, the bidding process, substitution requests, and Team Georgia Marketplace (TGM) must be submitted in writing to the contracting officer listed below in order to be accepted. Only written responses will be binding. TCSG and the College reserves the right to reject any bid for violation of this provision. The deadline for submitting Requests for Clarifications & Substitutions will be March 24, 2022 by 5:00 p.m. The last addendum will be posted on or before March 30, 2022 by 5:00 p.m. EST.
