Reference Number 0000276171 Source ID PU.AG.USA.1476.C12237726 Question Acceptance Deadline 01/17/2022 11:00 AM EST Questions are submitted online No The Town of Castle Rock extends an invitation to qualified businesses to submit a proposal to enter into a Public/Private Partnership to provide the land, financing, or other support to facilitate the construction of a new Town Owned community recreation facility. A minimum of ten acres of land is anticipated as necessary to provide the building, parking, stormwater and other related project infrastructure. The Town must own or lease to own the facility following completion and anticipates a potential start of construction date as early as 2024. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
