Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Sarepta, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium; for site work for a stadium; educational facility; and stadium.

The project consists of renovations and additions at the North Webster Junior High Football Stadium site and facilities in Sarepta, LA. The work is located across the street from the existing main campus. The project is anticipated to be one lump sum Base Bid only. PROJECT COMPONENTS: 1. Fieldhouse Building: a. Demolish existing windows, selected HVAC units, interior partitions, portions of slabs and finishes, selected utilities and other scheduled building features. b. Reroof with retrofit framing, insulation and a new metal roof. c. Replace metal doors and frames as scheduled. d. Renovate interior areas shown to create new restrooms, coaches office, laundry and locker room. e. Update other areas with new plumbing fixtures, equipment and finishes. f. Paint the exterior of the building. g. Add and/or revise HVAC, plumbing and electrical as scheduled. 2. Grandstand: a. Demolition of Pressbox, fence fabric, selected guardrails and utilities. b. Pressure wash the concrete grandstand and paint selected surfaces. c. Construct new Pressbox and landing. d. Revise and extend steel pipe guardrails and attach fence wire. e. Construct new handicapped seating platform and access ramp complete with foundation and handrails/guardrails. f. Add aisle steps and handrails. 3. Site Work: a. Demolish and replace perimeter fencing and gates. b. Demolish and replace concrete sidewalks around perimeter of Fieldhouse. c. Replace the scoreboard. d. Revise plumbing and electrical utilities.
