Site work and new construction of a communication facility in Corona, New Mexico. Working plans call for the construction of a communication facility; and for site work for a communication facility.

Construct a 58.8-meter selfsupporting lattice tower at .07 miles south of County Road 78, Corona, Torrance County, New Mexico (34-42-44.3 N; 105-23-11.5 W) to support an Aircraft Detection Lighting System. The tower is anticipated to have red obstruction lights (FAA Style A) when an aircraft is detected in the area. This notice is being published in accordance with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) regulations (47 CFR 1.1307) for Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) and for the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). Parties interested in commenting on this Federal undertaking or with questions on the proposed facility with regard to the NHPA should contact SWCA Environmental Consultants, Meaghan Trowbridge, (505) 254-1115, MTrowbridge@swca.com, 5647 Jefferson St NE, Albuquerque, NM 87109. Interested persons may also review the application at site by entering the Form 854 File Number A1206737, and raise environmental concerns about the proposed structure by filing a Request for Environmental Review (Request) with the FCC. The FCC requires that Requests raise only environmental concerns. The method of contractor selection has not determined at this time.
