Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Boise, Idaho. Completed plans call for the addition of a pre-engineered storage facility; for the demolition of a pre-engineered storage facility; for the renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
The scope of work includes an expansion to the administration building, an expansion to the maintenance building, and a new one-story pre-engineered metal storage building. Please note: other types of construction for the storage building will be considered, such as wood frame construction. The cemetery operations for funeral and memorial services, including grounds maintenance, cannot be interrupted by the work of this project; therefore, it is anticipated that the work may need to be accomplished in several phases. However, the construction of the storage building shall be substantially complete by November 17, 2022. A total project budget of $725,500.00 has been established to include design fees and construction. A relatively complete construction cost estimate will be required following the Schematic Design Phase and must be updated at each additional phase.
