Renovation of a water / sewer project in Cranberry Lk, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Town of Clifton Park is soliciting bids for Sewer Pump Station Standby Generator Installation. The Work will be substantially completed on or before August 29, 2022 and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with paragraph 14.13 of the General Conditions on or before September 26, 2022. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base bid in accordance with the Instructions To Bidders. The successful bidder will be required to furnish construction performance and payment bonds in the full amount of the contract price. Project Location: Various Streets, Town of Clifton Park, NY 12065. Plan holders lists are not given out prior to the bid opening.
