Bids are invited for the furnishing of material and labor for the construction of new residential dwelling projects located within the City of Clarksville. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids for at least 60 days. The Owner of the property and City of Clarksville reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive all formalities in bidding. Furthermore, the Owner and the City reserve the right to award a contract on selected bid items and/or alternatives on the work bid form at their discretion.
