Per the engineer, this project has been canceled. Construction of a new well, well head, well pumps, sterilization, discharge pumps, and piping to connect to an existing transfer main to the treatment plant. A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of five percent of Bidders maximum Bid price (determined by adding the base bid and all alternates) and in the form of a Bid bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraph 6.01 of the General Conditions. Such Bid bond will be issued in the form included in the Bidding Documents. Bid security must be at least 5% of the Bidders maximum Bid price. Owner anticipates that the Projects total bid price will be approximately $1,250,000.00 The Project has an expected duration of 150 days.
