Site work for a water / sewer project in Clarksville, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of December 12, 2023 , this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on later this month City wide water meter upgrades consisting of the replacement of approximately (1,400) 5/8î X 3/4î meters and (37) 2î meters with new lockable meter boxes and customer shut-off valves and boxes A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of five percent of Bidders maximum Bid price (determined by adding the base bid and all alternates) and in the form of a Bid bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraph 6.01 of the General Conditions. Such Bid bond will be issued in the form included in the Bidding Documents. Bid security must be at least 5% of the Bidders maximum Bid price. Owner anticipates that the Projects total bid price will be approximately $1,050,000.00 The Project has an expected duration of 200 days. Question Deadline 10/26/2023 at 12:00 PM CT Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
