**As of April 14, 2022, project was awarded to APC, awarded amount for the project is $209, 605 from the BT provided Project Category Code: Construction, Buildings/Medical and Dental Facilities, Buildings Commercial and Private Description: Memorial Hospital of Sweetwater County Board of Directors (the Owner) is receiving lump sum sealed proposals for the renovation of the Rock Springs Plastic Surgery and Dermatology Center and associated rooms. The work consists of the renovation of 300 square feet of the existing tenant space within the suite: demolition of existing and construction of new partitions, toilet rooms, lockers, and storage rooms, including but not limited to ceiling, walls, finishes, concrete on metal deck repair, modifications to: lighting, power, plumbing, mechanical, fire alarm, and fire suppression. Procurement shall occur prior to construction and schedule is dependent upon owner occupancy. This project is to be awarded under a single Contract. Preference will be given to Wyoming contractors as defined by Wyoming statutes section 16-6-101, et seq. The bidder is required to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws. The owner reserves the privilege of rejecting any or all proposals, or waiving any irregularities or formalities in any proposal in the bidding.
