Renovation of a municipal facility in Stockton, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Project Description: This project includes but not limited to demolition, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and finishes that will provide a fully functional classroom environment for children ages 0 - 5. Building is located in the Magnolia historic district and was built in 1869. Schedule: Substantial completion of the project is to be achieved no later than July 1, 2022. Contract Form: Design-Build contract between CAPK and Design Builder -Cost Plus Fee with a Guaranteed Maximum Price.
