MWH, as the Construction Manager At Risk (CMAR) representing North Texas Municipal Water District (NTMWD), is requesting construction proposals for the following project package: North Texas Municipal Water District, Project No. 496 Ammonia System Improvements LAS Design - Long Lead Materials and Equipment Only This project is to prepurchase long lead materials and equipment for the future construction of new Liquid Ammonium Sulfate Feed Facilities Project (NTMWD Project P496). The construction installation work packages will be bid under a future bid solicitation. Currently the CMAR is purchasing the Fiberglass Reinforced Tanks, Chemical Transfer Pumps and Chemical Metering Pumps. Under a future bid solicitation, the subcontract work packages will be bid that will accept these long lead materials and construct the balance of the P496 Design. In order to participate, all venders must first register as a potential supplier with MWH. The solicitation period for this bid will commence at 12:00 PM (UCT) Wednesay, December 15, 2021, at which time access to all necessary bidding documents, drawings, specifications, and project related information will be provided via digital access. There is no Pre-Bid teleconference meeting or Site-Walk for this project. Bids must include all Bid Forms as listed in this RFP. Bidder agrees to further itemize the bid prices, and to further describe its offering, when requested. to be determined in general compliance and considered eligible. Until the final award of this project, MWH reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, retract and, if necessary, re advertise this request for proposal without explanation, including waiving any informalities therein.
