Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Camas, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
**This project has been awarded to Odyssey Contracting LLC in the amount of $888,320. ** All Bid Proposals shall be accompanied by a Bid Proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such Bid Proposal. Should the successful Bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory contract bond within the time stated in the current updated version of the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) Standard Specifications for Road, Bridge, and Municipal Construction (standard specifications), the Bid Proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the City of Camas. This Contract provides for the repair of the intersection of NW 18th Avenue and NW Ostenson Canyon Road from approximately the intersection to 265 feet west and 100 feet north. The Project includes clearing and grubbing, roadway excavation, storm water conveyance, drilled shafts, soldier pile walls, paving with HMA, erosion control, curb/gutter, walls, sidewalk, traffic control, pavement marking, and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications.
