Renovation of an educational facility in Camas, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Contractor will provide all labor, equipment, materials, project management, and site supervision as required to complete the Union High School Roof Replacement scope of work described in the project drawings and specifications. No bid will be considered unless it is in complete accordance with the instructions to bidders and is submitted upon the official bid form provided to prospective bidders (included in the bid documents). Each bid must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a bid bond for not less than five percent (5%) of the base bid amount, excluding applicable State of Washington taxes. Bid security shall be forfeited as damages should the Bidder neglect or refuse to enter into a contract and provide a suitable bond for performance/payment for labor and materials. The Board of Directors of Evergreen Public Schools reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions thereof and waive any informality or irregularities. Bids will be opened and read aloud immediately after the bid closing time for their receipt, at which time all interested persons are entitled to attend the bid opening. Masks and social distancing will be required to attend the bid opening.
