Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Prevailing Wage Rates apply in accordance with M.G.L. c. 149, 26 & 27. . Liquidated Damages. For the purposes of Article VI of the General Conditions of the Contract, liquidated damages for delay shall be as follows: $1,000 per day
