Olmsted County, with Kraus-Anderson Construction Company (in an Agency Construction Manager role), will receive multiple prime bids for the Government Center and Annex Building Steam Replacement project. As of October 4, 2022, construction is underway and will be complete spring 2023. 1. Unless otherwise specified, the Contractor shall supply labor, transportation, materials, apparatus, fuel, energy, light, scaffolding, tools, services and incidentals necessary for the entire, proper and final completion of his/her work, and shall install, maintain and remove all equipment of the construction and other utensils or items, and be responsible for the safe, proper and lawful construction, maintenance and use of same, and shall construct in the best and most workmanlike manner, a complete Project including everything properly incidental thereto as shown on the Drawings, stated in Specifications and reasonably implied therefrom, all in accordance with the Contract Documents. 2. The extent of work required of each Section contained within this Project Manual shall be the completion of work stated in the section title together with all other relative and necessary items indicated on the Drawings and/or specified herein. a. Section Includes: It is the responsibility of the Contractor to establish the extent of the work required for each Section in order to complete the Project. However, on occasion a list is provided for the convenience of the Contractor to expedite bidding.
