Completed plans call for the addition of a fire / police facility; for the demolition of a fire / police facility; for the renovation of a fire / police facility; for site work for a fire / police facility; medical facility; medical facility; medical facility; and municipal facility.

The Borough of Emmaus will receive sealed bids in the form of a SINGLE PRIME lump sum contract for the renovations and expansions to Borough Hall, Central Fire and Ambulance Station, and the Police Station located in Lehigh County, Pennsylvania. Locations- 1. Borough Hall: 28 South 4th Street, Emmaus, PA 18049. 2. Central Fire & Ambulance Station: 100 N. 6th Street, Emmaus, PA 18049. 3. Police Station: 400 Jubliee Street, Emmaus, PA 18049. Renovations of the Emmaus Borough Hall, Central Fire & Ambulance Station, and Police Station. The Borough Hall and Central Fire & Ambulance Station will additionally receive additions. Completion for all Work is as follows: Police Station: a. Substantial Completion - January 6, 2023 b. Final Completion - January 20, 2023 Central Station: a. Substantial Completion - April 28, 2023 b. Final Completion - May 12, 2023 Borough Hall: a. Substantial Completion - May 5, 2023 b.
