This project provides for the demolition and removal of the Griswolds Building at 308 4th Avenue E, Olympia, WA 98501 down to concrete slab, cutting concrete party wall down and installing cap, and sealing party wall and other work, all in accordance with the Contract Documents. The Engineers Probable Opinion of Cost ranges from $100,000 to $150,000. This project does not have Federal Aid funding. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The City of Olympia reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive minor irregularities in the bidding process. All work shall be physically completed within 20 working days
