For cleaning and tuckpointing work for bridges and retaining walls at Washington Park Washington Park - Cleaning and Tuckpointing Bridges and Retaining Walls Parks, Recreation and Forestry Individuals should contact the ADA Coordinator at (573)634-6570 to request accommodations or alternative formats as required under the Americans with Disabilities Act The City of Jefferson seeks to contract with a firm or individual to provide bio-cleaning and tuckpointing services for bridges and retaining walls located at Washington Park in Jefferson City, MO. 1. Kansas Street Bridge A. Bio clean 100% all masonry with Bio Wash Solution by Prosoco or equivalent and hot water (approximately 180 degrees) at no more than 800 p.s.i. B. Tuckpoint 20% of Stone in all areas o Grind with dustless vacuum per OSHA guidelines o Grind to a minimum 1/2 " depth or to sound mortar o Lightly rinse ground mortar joins to remove any contaminate or loose material o Install type "N" mortar o Tooling, texture and color to match existing o Mortar to set no less than seven (7) days prior to washing with detergents to expose sand 2. Vivian Field Bridge A. Bio clean 100% all masonry with Bio Wash Solution by Prosoco or equivalent and hot water (approximately 180 degrees) at no more than 800 p.s.i. B. Tuckpoint 20% of Stone in all areas o Grind with dustless vacuum per OSHA guidelines o Grind to a minimum 1/2 " depth or to sound mortar o Lightly rinse ground mortar joins to remove any contaminate or loose material o Install type "N" mortar o Tooling, texture and color to match existing o Mortar to set no less than seven (7) days prior to washing with detergents to expose sand 3. Ohio Street Bridge Retaining Wall A. Demo and relay wall B. Bio clean 100% all masonry with Bio Wash Solution by Prosoco or equivalent and hot water (approximately 180 degrees) at no more than 800 p.s.i. C. Tuckpoint 20% of Stone in all areas o Grind with dustless vacuum per OSHA guidelines o Grind to a minimum 1/2 " depth or to sound mortar o Lightly rinse ground mortar joins to remove any contaminate or loose material o Install type "N" mortar o Tooling, texture and color to match existing o Mortar to set no less than seven (7) days prior to washing with detergents to expose sand 4. Tennis Court Retaining Walls and Bridge Abutment A. Bio clean 100% all masonry with Bio Wash Solution by Prosoco or equivalent and hot water (approximately 180 degrees) at no more than 800 p.s.i. B.
