This is a bid to obtain work to be performed associated with the construction of a new radio communication tower at the rear of the former Mid-Missouri Correctional Center at 2580 MO Hwy 179, Jefferson City, MO 652019. The County refers to this site as PEN. The work will consist of site grading, driveway construction, fencing demolition, removal of brush, small trees and debris, plus construction of a concrete spread footing radio tower foundation, an engineered shelter foundation, and a generator pad. Work also includes trenching for electrical, grounding and LP lines, excavating for installation of a buried LP tank, and finish grading with the placement of gravel over a durable vegetation barrier.
