The Work includes the following major items: Work may include abrasive blast cleaning and / or power tool cleaning along with the application of protective coatings on various piping and valves in the following Water Booster Station (WBS) or Water Treatment Plant (WTP) facilities in Anne Arundel County: Harman's WBS Piping and Valves in the Main Level Harman's WBS Piping and Valves in the Pit Heritage Harbor WBS Piping and Valves in the Main Level Heritage Harbor WBS Piping and Valves in Pit Arnold WTP Pump Station Piping and Valves in the Main Level Arnold WTP Pump Station Piping and Valves in Pit Arnold WTP Clearwell Building Piping and Valves in the Main Level Arnold WTP Clearwell Building Backwash Drain Piping and Valves in Pit Severndale WBS Piping and Valves in the Main Level LEAD PAINT may be present. This includes various methods and levels of containment construction, surface preparation, environmental protection services, worker health and safety provisions, waste management services, and application of multiple coat paint systems. All work is located within Anne ArundelCounty, MD. The contractorshall have experience with abrasive blast cleaning, containments, hand tool and powertool cleaning, and structural steel painting all being performed simultaneously. The cost range for the Project is: $250,000.00 - $400,000.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
