Remodeling of a municipal facility in Redmond, Oregon. Completed plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility.
Deschutes County is requesting proposals from qualified General Contractors for Construction Management/General Contracting (CMGC) services for Deschutes Countys North County Campus. Work will consist of remodeling approximately 9,218 square feet of an existing 1-story building to be a Behavioral Health Clinic, and 9,286 square feet of an existing 2-story building to accommodate County Services, Public Health, and a 9-11 back-up Call/Dispatch Center. The project will include parking and pedestrian circulation modifications and enhancements, site fencing, a new trash enclosure and the possible addition of an elevator. The total project costs, including A&E design services, permitting and construction is estimated to be $3.8M. All firms requesting an RFP packet will be registered. Start of Construction: mid-August - mid-September 2022 Desired Occupancy: ideally by December 2022, not later than January 2023
