The City of Redmond is seeking informal quotes for the services of licensed and bonded contractor(s) for the purpose of on-call mechanical systems and HVAC service and repair. The selected contractor shall be available for emergency calls and on an as-needed basis. The City anticipates awarding one contract for this solicitation. Selected contractor shall hold prices firm for one year, but the City and selected contractor may elect to re-negotiate as industry prices change. The total value of this contract is anticipated to have a maximum value of $50,000.00 for the duration of the contract term. The contract term will run from date of contract execution through June 30, 2023. The City of Redmond reserves the right to: Reject any and all quotes if it is in the City's best interest to do so
