Scope of Work: The project includes 6.4 acres of new park development including a parking lot, pedestrian paving, a restroom structure, a pavilion structure, a games area for bocce ball and horseshoes, new landscape planting, playground areas, skate dots, and right-ofway enhancements. Work will include excavation and fill, concrete curb and flatwork, asphalt parking and pathways, storm drainage control, electrical servicing and lighting, plumbing, and structural components. General Contractors who plan to bid on this project are required to register for an account on to be included in the Plan Holder's list and to receive email updates of any addenda or revisions to the bid documents.
