Renovation of an educational facility in Carterville, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

DBE firms certified with Illinois CMS are encouraged to submit a bid. Provide all labor, equipment, and new LED lighting fixtures for installation in the gymnasium, and two corridors. Gym Lighting: -Remove and replace sixty (60) existing 6-lamp, 15,000 lumen fluorescent high-bays in the gym with new LED, 24,000 lumen high-bays. -Provide and install a wireless lighting control system to control new high-bay gym lights. -Programming and training by lighting representative to be included. -All support cables and final connections to be included. -Arial lifts and plywood protection to be included. -Haul off and disposal of lighting and refuse to be included. 1st Floor Lower E Connecting Corridor: -Remove and replace twenty-five (25) existing 2x4 lay-in lighting fixtures with new LED type and add fourteen (14) additional lights to give required lighting levels. Total new lights installed on 1st Floor will be thirty-nine (39). -Provide new lighting whips as needed. -Haul off and disposal of lighting and refuse to be included. 2nd Floor C&E Corridor: -Remove and replace fifty (50) existing 2x4 lay-in lighting fixtures with new LED type and add ten (10) additional lights to give required lighting levels. Total new lights installed on 2nd Floor will be sixty (60). -Provide new lighting whips as needed. -Haul off and disposal of lighting and refuse to be included.
